whites, blacks and what could be termed as "Indian".
and no, I didn't mean ethnic groups, "Hispanic" is the ethnicity

take it for what it's worth, but the above wiki has a nice table that outlines the various race types the comprise the Hispanic world.
Well first you ask why would this be considered racist
and then you make a fair case that the issue is about
race.
With that in mind let's consider National Council of La Raza. (NCLR)
A statement from the National Council of La Raza,
(NCLR.)
We recognize that some people might be confused
about our organization’s name, our mission, and our
work. Much of this is understandable. Compared to
some of our venerable counterparts in the civil rights
and advocacy community, we are a relatively young
institution representing Latinos, a historically
disadvantaged and often misunderstood
ethnic
minority.
We have a Spanish term in our name, “La Raza”
(meaning “the people” or “community”
, which is often
mistranslated.
The term “La Raza“, or “the Race” originated in a book
titled “La Raza Cósmica,” written in 1929 by José
Vasconcelos. The book’s title translates to “The Cosmic
Race,” and was Vasconcelos’ attempt to explain “the
ideology of a future ‘fifth race’ in the Americas; an
agglomeration of all the races in the world with no
respect to color or number to erect a new civilization:
Universópolis.”
Vasconcelos believed in supremacy. His writing was
founded on the belief that the people of the Spanish
empire would create this new race, a race with all the
best attributes of the cultures of which it was
comprised. He rejected the idea of pure races being
better than mixed, and replaced it with the supremacy
of the mixed race.
The political rhetoric has shifted from hispanic to latino.
Some 'hispanics' resent the label 'latino' and oppose
illegal immigration, latinos or not.
Some who consider themselves to bE Latino are greatly
insulted if referred to as being Hispanic.
While some might consider La Raza to be some sort of
fringe group, they couldn't be farther from the truth,
La Raza is very mainstream in American politics, at least
in Washington DC., for instance our newest member of
the SCOTUS is/was a member of the board of directors
of La Raza.
(wait and see if there isn't a renewed drive to gain
independence for Puerto Rico, in which these people
hope to set up a marxist style government aligned
with Castro, Chavez and the mideastern jihadists.).
Most people do not realize that LaRaza began by
sending a delegation to Yassir Arafat and the PLO
for instruction. They patterned their organization
after the PLO and maintained close ties with Arafat
up until his death.
They fully intended to begin an intifada exactly like
what was done to Israel, but the US was too big,
too populated for their numbers to overcome.
They never intended to accept Puerto Ricans or
other Spanish speaking peoples. They only did so
later to increase their numbers. Puerto Ricans were
considered trash by the founders of LaRaza.
From 1969, they could never do what Arafat did with
only Mexican membership. Arafat recruited his terrorists
from ALL the Arab nations surrounding Israel. (as did
the Albanina KLA terrorist army did in the Balkans.)
Enter MEChA. Get militant. Get rowdy. Partner up with
established terrorists. Make threats and demands on
the damn gringos until you get something. Anything.
Because THEN you become "legitimate." Just like
a "palestinian."
From 1969 until now, the LaRaza Unida Party, aka,
MEChA, aka LaRaza Commission Center, invited ALL
the "similar" people they once desparaged to join,
continued to evolve into National Council of LaRaza
and became a "unity" struggle for ALL Spanish speaking
peoples. They have copied the palestinian model right
down to their fabricated "history"
which is without
any foundation or basis in reality.
It is poison they have rammed down the throats of
children for thirty-six years and realize that those
children are now in THEIR thirties themselves and this
has become their reality as surely as the Arabs' vision
of "palestine."
Tier 1 is the poorest and most uneducated, increasingly
illegal, Latinos up to MEChA student organizations
recruiting on campus, pronouncing solidarity with the
radical Islamist groups for purposes of anti-white, anti-
America, and anti-Israel protest.
They reach deep into the self-imposed segregation of
their "communities" to the youngest of children using
exactly the same kinds of hate rhetoric you will see in
any Jihadi organization which teaches from the top down
while supposedly promoting (providing) education,
providing healthcare to those who could receive it
elsewhere but are "taught" not to, KEEPING them poor
and uneducated to control the population.

The myth of Aztlan can best be explained by
California's Santa Barbara School District's
Chicano Studies textbook,
LA RAZA MISSION STATEMENT
The history of La Raza Commission Center is one that
was conceived and fostered by student political
activism. La Raza Commission Center was originally
founded by Movimiento Estudiantil Chican@ de Aztlan
(M.E.Ch.A.) in 1981. M.E.Ch.A. was born out of the
barrios in 1969, at the height of U.S. social unrest as
communities of color demanded social and economic
justice. M.E.Ch.A. formulated its direction from the
barrios, committed to grass roots organizing and taking
actions on behalf of its communities.
M.E.Ch.A. Commission changed its name to La Raza
Commission Center in 1997 to ensure inclusion amongst
all Latin@s and breakdown nationality division as we
see social and economic issues and concerns in Latin@
communities related and interconnected.
Although the name of the Commission has changed
to La Raza to make all Latin@s feel included and to
develop a comprehensive understanding of Latin
America, its political philosophies remain parallel to
M.E.Ch.A.
Political alignment with M.E.Ch.A. philosophies
maintain a progressive effort to improve the
conditions of our communities.
(Shown are the "repatriated" eight or nine states
including Colorado, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah,
New Mexico, Oregon and parts of Washington.
According to the school text, Mexico is supposed
to regain these territories as they rightly belong
to the "mythical" homeland of Aztlan.)
The long and short of it,is that NCLR has gained
mainstream acceptance exactly like the
nonexistent "palestinians" and have now become
an exceedingly strong political voice with ties to
established politicians, and are catered to even
though they maintain their support of MEChA in
the barrios and on college campuses across the
US JUST like Muslim America, an offshoot of the
Muslim Brotherhood, aka Islamic Jihad.
