It is interesting to note that the top three career statistical leaders among wide receivers are not generally considered to be among the “best” (or most talented) receivers in Tennessee history. Joey Kent still remains the career leader in receptions (183), yards (2,814) and touchdown receptions (25). Marcus Nash is 2nd in receptions (177), yards (2,447) and 3rd in touchdown receptions (20). “Psycho” Cedrick Wilson remains 3rd in receptions (159), yards (2,137) and is 2nd in touchdown receptions (24). See 2012 Tennessee Football Record Book: Records. Of course, these guys did have the benefit of playing varying portions of their career with Peyton.
