He'd start for UT on day 1.

UT produced 2 of the best DEs in history. Reggie and Doug Atkins.

UT produced the highest paid defensive player in the NFL right not -- AlbertH.

Eric Berry played every game for 3 years and got a $60mm NFL contract as a 21-yo Jr.

And Justin Worley smoked Clowney's team in the season opener.

It UT that much chopped liver these days?

Most recruits live in the moment..they don't give a crap that shawn ellis went there, or jamal lewis was a freshman stud here...they want positive tv exposure and wins..and right now...well, the record says it all..

He's not interested the same way your not interested in becoming a bammer or gator everyone has their own cup of tea.

He's Ronald Powell all over again...just better. Last I heard, he wants to stay relatively close to home. USCe has a pretty good chance.

UT is not interested. He would be like our 4th option. He is just not athletic enough. We are recruiting him at RB and he wants to play DE. I personally don't like his dreads.

We are not contending for anything. He can start early at almost any school in the country. Why would he want to play DE at a school that will have him playing DT next year?

I think that the reason Clowney doesn't have UT on his list is because the staff knows that he is all size but no athleticism. I may be off base here, but that's all I see when I watch him play.

Yeah, because if the staff was interested, we'd probably be at the top of his list. This staff is dynamite with the elite players, oh wait...

For Thanksgiving next month I have to remember to give thanks that Ravenheart is not employed by UT as a recruiter.
