It's ok, sacrifice now so we can have 2 RS-freshmen QBs next year...and worley will still be the only QB on the roster with meaningful game experience.

So put in a Freshman and let him take his lumps. Experience is huge. The fact that they don't have one of the two prepared to look as good as Worley by now is an indictment.

Calling the timeout would have given UGA 30 more seconds to put up more points after we go 3 and out. I'm glad he didn't use it!

Sure it has been said but I do not mind the no-timeout.

Sorry, but this offense is not built for the 2 minute drill. You risk something stupid or a quick 3 and out and the game potentially gets away from you.

We get the ball to start the 3rd. Don't be stupid

Yeah he is a moron. Successful at every single stop of his career. Absolutely killing it in recruiting. Running a clean reenergized program. Yeah he's just so stupid I agree. Our talent and depth is absolutely zero, I can't for the life of me figure out what you people don't get. The man has inherited a complete and utter train wreck. If one of the freshmen had a better chance at leading the team I'm sure they would be in the game. I would love to have better QB play but right now we don't have it, we just don't. There isn't a Manning sitting on the bench and Butch is just not playing him. All of you *****ed for Peterman and got him and it was a big factor in losing the Florida game.

Well the idea is more that because you can stop the clock in multiple ways (by either spiking the ball, throwing it away, going out of bounds, getting a first down) it's more beneficial for the offense to have more time than it necessarily is to have timeouts.

He may not trust them, or he just thinks that getting knocked around would hurt them in the long run. He is not actively recruiting a big time QB right now, so you have to think he at least likes one the the freshman. I want to win right now as much as anybody. We are just not there yet.

Yea clearly doing well in the big east has really transitioned well for jones. How much long are you and the rest of our fan base who accepts losing going to keeo making excuses? I have heard these same lame excuses from you all for 5 years now

At first I thought it was because he wanted to run the clock out, go into the half with the game in reach and look to score in the second half since we get the ball first. But then we threw the ball 3 times, looked like we were trying to score.

I guess he figured we had plenty of time to score since we had 2 timeouts. Didn't want to leave time for Murray I guess... only thing I can figure.
