Caleb Azubike in the game with under 20 seconds left to play and the game in hand? Now he may miss the remainder of the season because of Franklin's boneheaded decision. That injury looked bad.

The leg/ankle injury looked really bad. His own player rolled up on it. He was taken off the field on a cart. I doubt we see him Saturday. He is a beast coming off the end.

It didn't surprise me that Franklin threw it into the end zone up 9 with like 40 seconds left to play. That's just how he is. Not to sound like I am happy that the kid got hurt, but it just seemed like karma came back to bite Franklin. That's just stupid to have their best DL in the game with under a minute left to play and up by 2 TD's.

The animalistic hunter/gatherer in me wants to applaud, but I have to push those thoughts back deep inside. I don't like seeing any of these athletes get hurt after seeing how much hard work they put into football. I also want to beat people without any excuses.

Same here Golden. I'm never happy when a kid gets hurt. They put in tons of work to get where they are. I can't stand AJ McCarron, but I don't want to see him get hurt.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Well said. I thought it was a terrible decision to keep passing at the end when the game was clearly over. Overall, Vandy played a bad game and Franklin was trying to run the score up when it didn't matter. He should have been running clock to end it.

Franklin is an idiot and made a bonehead decision that cost his best pass rusher the rest of his season. Hopefully he isn't a senior and will come back strong next year. No way should he have been in there at that point in time, IMO.

I think Azubike talked trash to or about Tiny via social media . I was hoping to see Tiny rough him up.

Don't think he is coming back if he is a senior.

Hear that a local blogger has uncovered information that Darth Franklin is actually an alien shape shifter from the planet Egolandium some 15 light years away. He apparently was sent here to disrupt SEC football because the rulers of Egolandium are Pac 12 fans and also because they couldn't stand being on the same planet with him anymore.

According to twitter Azubike will be good to go next week just a mild sprain. He isn't that good to be honest he isn't even listed as their started still too bad he will be back for our game.

Better to roll an ankle at Kensucky then to endure the humiliation, physical pain, and mental anguish of getting curb stomped for 4 quarters in Knoxville this weekend..

I agree with this. I have no problem with them trying to get the first down to end the game on a run to run out the clock, but a trick play to score a TD?

Really?

I mean, wouldn't you be better saving that for a game you might really need it too?

It is odd and bothersome that so many on these boards have an infatuation with Franklin and Vandy. I remember the days when Vols fans focused on the Vols, not on other teams - especially Vandy. sigh

Kid should've been ejected earlier after a textbook targeting call. They called it then erroneously overturned it. Karma.
