Will Ainge Get The Job Done?

I'm hoping he does, his confidence level dropped after he got hurt. I'm afraid he won't though, and if he doesnt well we need to go ahead and go with the future with Crompton. Only time will tell.

If he does not have someone looking over his shoulder again then he will be fine. Last season the kid had no confidence and was pressing. As a freshman he just played ball. If he can get back to this then he will be among the conference elite.

He played as a freshman with nothing to lose, we need him to do that again this year

I'm sorry but it is so hard to see him past the LSU game last year, hopefully after the CAL game this year I can stop reliving that nightmare or maybe not. I just can't wait til the CAL game to see.:crossfingers:

I'm betting he will have a better outing in this Saturday's scrimmage. Or at least hoping! :crossfingers: We really won't know until plays in the first game against Cal. Though, I do believe they will stick with Ainge even if he makes some mistakes early on. I just don't see UT benching Ainge for Crompton.

I would love more than anything for Ainge to come out gunning but I think by the Florida game Crompton will be the starter. I really like Ainge but I dont think a Drum Circle, Support Group, or even Coach Cut will be able to fix is fragile Psyche.

Ainge WILL get it done. Just don't know if Cutcliffe can have the O ready by Cal game, but it will be rocking by the time UF comes to town.

Message to O: Prove me wrong against Cal

GO VOLS !!!!

I am curious how many people will try and convince us to give Fulmer a pass on another bad year if Ainge crumbles and there is a mid-season switch at starting QB?

I was ready to think that QB was handled but the news coming from practices is very discouraging. I don't know what to expect at this point.
and that's the problem for all of us....no one knows anything....

talk about suprises...it could go either way at this point....
