While Chandler needs more learning time with Coach Barnes and Tennessee, it was widely reported when he signed with the VOLS that he was a “one and done”.

He is a GREAT player , but I just ain’t sure he is ready yet , then again NBA is notorious for no defense so he could go and be a stud. His free throws are more disturbing than anything. Definitely needs work .

Is that a question or an exclamation? At this point nobody knows, I would assume he enters the draft to go through the combine while keeping his eligibility, gets his grade back and makes a decision.
Thank you for the question, my typo, sorry. I have changed the exclamation mark to a question mark.

NBA generally drafts off potential anyway. Feel like a 19 year old prospect is more valuable than a 4 year start right away guy there. He may or may not be ready, but someone will want to take him and develop him just based off what he can turn into.

I'm going to continue assuming he's one and done until something glaringly obvious says he's not. Yes, he has concerns/question marks, but I don't personally see returning being more advantageous for him as of now.
You don’t think he be a Top 15-20 draft pick ever?

Perhaps I'm being overly optimistic, but I say he's first round as of now, despite the most recent mocks having him in the 30s. If it becomes obvious that 1st round is off the table, then I'll change my tune. I didn't really have a specific draft position in mind other than being a first rounder.

Ja Morant stayed for another year which turned out to be the right decision. I know Chandler looks up to him so maybe he might consider that a viable option
A good point to consider, although KC and Morant had vastly different pedigrees coming up.

If he’s a first rounder he should go, but if he’s a 2nd rounder like most recent mocks show then I definitely think it could be advantageous for him to return…that’s what I was getting at.

How is his personal financial situation, and is he getting NIL money? Would that even matter to him?

Don’t think he would ever go Top 5, GM’s are too in love with guys measurables/length, but I could see Top 12-15.
I saw one earlier this week, can't remember which one, but he was slotted @ 20 to Houston. I have no idea how the money is slotted in NBA, but if he is near the end of the 1st round, I wonder if NIL money could persuade him to stay another year. I think this is the dynamic the NIL has that has yet to be tested.
Just my 2 cents

It's been reported that he had 2 five figure trading card deals, and I believe he also has a deal with Alumni Hall.

My belief is that KC would get a substantial deal at UT (like Hooker and Tillman) if he stayed at UT, but is that enough? He would obviously make more if he was drafted in the first round.

If he’s fringe late 1st/early 2nd I think NIL definitely could be a factor, if he’s a solid Top 25 pick I don’t think it’ll matter.
