USC is not going to offer Franklin lol unless it's an assistant coach.

Bet USC offers interim Oregron HC....Offers Franklin assistant position.

USC and Texas won't come calling.
If the right job opens up, he better leave, cause he has peaked there.
I think Purdue or Wake Forest, possibly Louisville of Strong leaves, are options. I could also see Nebraska if they pass on Frost (presuming they make change).
Not so sure Obrien won't leave PSU, and Franklin could get shot there

He wouldn't go to Purdue or Wake Forest; at best those would be lateral moves. Any of the rest mentioned would be an upgrade.

Given the winter weather in Lincoln, methinks Franklin isn't man enough to take the Nebraska job.
