I dont know if he WILL go or not. But I do know that he ISNT ready. Thats for sure. The guy doesnt look the part of an NBA player at all outside of his athleticism. Hopefully he lives up to his word and uses that Elite 8 loss to motivate him to come back as a much improved player next year.

If Scotty wants to go then see ya Scotty. He isn't tough enough for a 30 game schedule I'd love to see him on a 82 game schedule.

Hopson in the NBA, yeah right...... He needs to grow up more, learn how to dribble in traffic, hit some 3's, cut out the turnovers, hit free throws, he needs to work on his whole game.... And quit pouting.............

No way he will make it in the NBA. He can not even take over a college game. He needs more playing time in college. What would a Ron Artest or Kobe do to him? lol

Two thoughts on this thread:
1) PLEASE go to the NBA.
2) If Scotty Hopson is late 1st round material, then I am officially declaring myself for NBA draft.

If Hopson actually could get drafted in the first round, which I very much doubt, then he should take it while he can. Without actually trying next year, nothing will improve for him.
