if confidence is an Issue like Price hinted from the scrimmage, it matters significantly. He might not have survived Saturday, much less looked competent.

I'd rather see JG start and have the back up inserted later on. Less pressure and I sure dont want to see a young QB get what little confidence he does have get crushed out of him.

I know HB was promised redshirt. I thought this year still had not been decided by NCAA. If this year doesn’t count then I say play the freshman if he’s ready.

With the LAC 12 and Big 10 coming out of their shell and playing this season - I think the NCAA might void the extra season for football, never know what they will do

Brandon Kennedy, the Center. Transfer from Alabama. Redshirted his freshman year and two more red shirts due to injury. One at Bama, one here if I'm not mistaken.

Chris Weinke and no. He went to FSU and left within a week to pursue a baseball career. Came back in 97 (7 years later) and played 4 straight years. He was just old to be in college.

Edit: Correction, only one Red shirt for injury on Kennedy. The one here. Just didn't play much at Bama.
