Ewers hasn't been very good, ever IMO, but certainly hyped

It’s absolutely insane that these guys are 1099 and make 1000 a game. With all the money the sec makes it should be a full time position that pays well and has a stringent review process

I fully agree, but the quality of refereeing has gotten so bad that they can't even review a call and get it right. They have way more effect on games now than they did pre-instant review. I think it should be gotten rid of.

Makes it more believable that a bag of hundos might make a slight difference in a big game.
