Personally I'm not going to make any predictions this year. I'm treating each game like I did when I was younger. When football was more enjoyable. I'm going into each game like we have a chance to win it.

I long for those days but I can’t be optimistic on game day until I see some major architectural changes in the philosophy of the program.

I always think we have a chance to win. Teams win and lose games they shouldn't every week.

Anyway, no speech. I think we go 7-5 because 8-4 just sounds too optimistic, but when I look at the schedule, I can't decide on who that 5th loss is.

I'm with Souce on the 4 losses, if we do lose 4. If we lose 5 I can't see it being anyone other than SC or BYU. But I have a hard time believing we lose either. BYU because it's so early? SC because of Muschamp? IDK.

I have a little worry about Vandy, but it's mostly "just because". I actually think Pruitt has lost his one and only to them in his career. He won't let that happen again. He may not be who or what we really want and need, but he's not a loser. He had alot going on last year and I won't hold that 1 against him.

Not sure what's going to be going on without cowbell state either.

South Carolina is always tricky and right after bama isnt fun.

I still think we trade one we should win for one we shouldn't. I can see us beating Mizzou but maybe losing to BYU or Vandy again.

I have no worries over MSU and I can't say why. I had no worries over SC or Vandy in 2016. So there's that.

We almost beat SC last year and that is the main reason I believe we can beat them.

I look at the schedule and think about the upgrade in staff and how JG should show at least a little improvement, as well as the OL and defense and I get all warm and fuzzy thinking 9-3 is obtainable.

Then I think about everyone else and how they should show some improvement as well, and hope we can win 6.

Haha, yea some of them stay that way.

I've said this a couple of times but I don't think I've said it here. Besides the obvious reasons....

I hope JG absolutely tears it up.

I hope Mullen and company stink up the whole damn SEC.

I feel better about the Western division teams (for now), outside of Bama, because CJP is more familiar with their personnel, IMO. That's the sole reason why I think we beat MSU.
