Wisconsin RB denied admission, lists Vols

why yes i garnered it from a highlight film thats what watching fims does.. it gives info. For all the guys saying he is 5'9" so me saying he runs high is silly you A know nothing about football and likely didn't watch the film.

Most if his runs were straight up the gut and he was upright from start to finish on each ones even in situations he should have dropped his pads leading on ot question level of competition. The kid is fast but not that fast.. those holes were HUGE. Watch some film of other small backs and you will see they do not run high. Charlie Garner, Warrick Dunn Travis Stephens. I guess actually looking at the tape critically is against some unwritten rule. I am not coach or a scout but a foootball fan and pointed out things evne the a casual fan should have noticed. The kid has potential (speed) but needs to work on some things to be more than a decent backup. Also his running style screams injury list.

Your post just makes me laugh. Yeah I know nothing. Played coached studied and watched my entire life. You are not nearly as smart as you think you are and its not worth my time picking you apart.

If 6 2" or greater they can only convert to tight end. It isn't even conceivable that they could make it as a rb - I fully expect Hurd to convert finally to TE before the first game this year. It was a shame he was forced to play out of position last year.

:lolabove: You be trippin'man ! Hurd will run run for 1,200+ this season(a prediction).

I don't think CP had the grades to continue on. He is an athletic freak and I loved watching him play but there was no chance he was going to survive another year.

If the truth was known...I would say very little school for the semester he was here

It's funny how we do with recruiting. Take a kid like this for example...we don't know anything at all about him,and already have a couple of good backs. However, being that all these other schools are after him (Bama mainly lol) I'd freaking love to land him. It's like a competition on some levels.

Tennessee has an immediate need for this man.. He fits perfectly and as an incoming Fr it truly is as good an opportunity as he can find... Basically same type of offense.. Not much depth at the position but enough to take the stress of starting off for a while, playing in the SEC in front of 104K, closer to home for his family, lots of young OLineman who will only get better over the next 4 years so no worry of drop-off, a stable of young talented QBs who will be there four 3 and 4 more years, and BUTCH!!! Young man this decision is easy.. TENNESSEE!!

Saban is pushing hard for this kid. I'm guessing Bama is in the lead for him at this point. Just my opinion though.

My best, and only good, memory of Knowshon Moreno was the Eric Berry hit. Sorry off topic there.

Thank you, your comment took me to Youtube to relive the beauty of that hit.

Then I found this jewel. Only a Dawg fan could have this kind of logic:

"While he did come out AHEAD on this tackle, Knowshon Moreno is the only reason Eric Berry is afraid of horses to this day... Knowshon "Stud" Moreno....."

Finally, check this out: Its the Eric Berry hates Horses bit they did on NFL network. If you haven't seen it check out the James Berry part at his youth camp. Chillz.

Whole clip is awesome!!

Can we revert this thread back to football talk? M'kay? This argument garbage seems to soak in to every thread eventually at some point. Anyway, do we know anything else concrete about him yet?

Yeah...we're not in it...word is it's between Bama and Nebraska...with Oregon State not completely out. :hi:

I was wanting to come back to civilization and see his commitment to the University of Tennessee. It seemed promising before I left. Thanks. :hi:

Just as well his highlight tape is awful. He was running through huge holes so he's obviously playing weak competition which means he's overrated, he never got hit in his highlight tape but runs to straight up (without contact) but still needs to get lower much lower LOWER LOWER, he isn't very fast and since he out ran everyone on his highlight tape that must mean they are just slow. Decent backup at best but never a starter based on his HS Sophomore highlight tape. Next.............

Yeah...I hate the weak ones that run to daylight and don't find a pile in the backfield to jump on. :)
