is it true we offered T less money than he is currently making? If this is the case I don't blame him for saying no.....leaving southern California for Knoxville would be in itself a decision I would decline....with less income would be a double no no no no

FWIW...the amount Tee was offered was around $350-400K per year on two year contract.

By comparison...

WR Coach at Alabama - $285K
RB Caoch at labama - $290K
WR coach at Texas - $315K
QB Coach at LSU - $400K
TE Coach at LSU - $250K
OC at UCLA - $375K
WR Coach at UCLA - $125K
DC at UCLA - $500K


If Tee is getting $500K at USC then he's the highest paid WR Coach in all of football. The $400K offer that's been reported is no laughing matter. Even at $300K for a WR/Position coach that's more than a decent offer. By the way kiffin is around $2.4 Million and second in the Pac-12 behind Chip kelly.

Off track here, but I'm guessing people like my Iron Vol as you are now the second person I've seen with it....not that I mind, but wouldn't have minded people either asking or mentioning it.
