I agree with all 3 above.

One thing that is not helping the line in the run game is a lot of our runs have been from the shotgun zone read, and Worley hasn't kept one of them. Their D is playing the RB/pass option only on those reads. He has to keep some to keep them honest.

Some reality is healthy. Passes under thrown. Dropped balls. Holes in the run defense is troubling. Let's see what this staff can do in adjustments. Go Vols.

tennessee is a very average team and the coaching staff seems to be nothing special at this point. looks alot like last years team. next week is blow out city.

1. Because of the turnovers we saw very little of our offense, but what we did see was pretty poor.

2. Worley has thrown maybe two decent looking pass all game. He had North for a sure fire wide open touchdown and way underthrew it in the first. At least he had two nice deep balls in the 2nd....neither was caught.

3. Have not committed to running the ball. The complaints on our o-line are overstated, I blame play calling.

4. Outside the turnovers we are getting out played by a wide margin IMO. When we aren't picking off passes or snatching up fumbles they are moving the ball at will on us.

5. Blocked punts are inexcusable

6. WKU won't turnover the ball 5 times in the second half. If we don't start forcing 4th downs or score some points on offense we will get beat. Plain and simple.

Here at the game, Worley looks more capable than it probably seems. His first couple have looked poor but he had a very nice throw to Croom that was HUGE.. Croom dropped it. Also had one to North on what looked like the same route that was a great throw but was played very well by the d.b.

It almost always looks that way, but is rarely the case in reality. If he kept it he would have just gotten blown up by the LB in pursuit.

LOL. A game and a half in and the staff is nothing special? Many people have said that 6-7 wins is a good year. Discipline is far better this year than last.

That stood out to me also. The defense can't stop them if they don't force a turnover. WKU moved the ball pretty well.

We can't count on 6 more turnover the 2nd half. Defense has to step up.
