No I should not lol. OU ended up being without their best player all season and finished 1st in the regular season Big-12. Good coaching by JB

Is there any more context to the story? They couldn't have been that bad a team if they absorbed the loss of their best player. How many other teams in their league lost players? How many other teams in the league were actually title worthy? Was the supposed "best player" gone early enough for the team to figure out a contingency plan? Not including all of the information is disingenuous at best. Makes it seem like your pushing a narrative, or trying to create your own. Which wouldn't be uncommon these days...
