I know. We have a freedom of religion, not a freedom from religion. Funny how they try to say there is a seperation from church and state.

You asked someone to show you in our constitution where we have such a right. We have innumerable implied rights. In fact, we have right to anything not expressly disallowed by law.

This should be a state issue. Not an issue ruled by the Supreme Court. Why don't we overturn and let each state decide if they want to continue letting crackhead whores keep killing children?

Then why are the 10 commandments posted behind the 9 judges on the Supreme Court? Why on our money does it say In God We Trust? Why in The Pledge of Alligance does in say One Nation Under God? The design was to keep the state out of the church not to keep the church out of the state.

I think all of that is fair. The debate about the beginning of life simply makes the second one difficult.

And I understand that.

It's just that serial killers life is terminated in gentler way (can't think of a good term to use) than the living being inside the mother.

I mean I could go to jail for picking flowers in a state park.

A flower has rights but not a forming human. I know some can make sense of this but it just doesn't add up to me.
