I looked it up. I bought something like that from the Girl Scouts 2 or 3 weeks ago. I liked the lemon flavored shortbread cookies best. I think I got either 4 or 5 boxes of various stuff.

Abso-positively one of the worst responses to go on as a cop. Nearly everything else you can deal with, but going into a domestic? You've got an even money chance of one of the spouses coming after you as soon as the bracelets go on.

My ex wife, when she was in the throes of her drinking problem decided one night to drink and call people on the phone. She came in and out of the bedroom waking me up several times and I finally grew tired of it since I had to get up and go to work in the morning.
I walked onto the back deck where she was and took her cocktail and dumped it out and told her to go to bed. She rared back and punched me in the face as hard as she could. It didn't hurt very much and I didn't retaliate.
My ex ended up losing a very lucrative career because of her drinking.

About 25 years ago, I was in an after hours club across from West Town Mall, and my girl friend was drunk and disorderly. I was trying to restrain her by grabbing her hands, and my hand accidentally brushed her face. Some freakin' chicken sh!t goon blindsided me, and cold cocked me from the side.

The bouncers threw me out because the drunk goon lied to the bouncers. I think it was because he wanted my girl. Anyway, I waited outside, and kicked his ass up between his shoulder blades. Of course he threatened to sue me. He's probably a friggin' ambulance chasing lawyer by now.

Seems pretty simple - don't put your hands on somebody without understanding that they may choose to retaliate in turn. Gender is irrelevant.

I have an older sister. When I was younger, I hit her many a times and all times were self defense. I have no problem with a guy hitting a women if he's getting lit up like the dude in this video. I've also known women to pick on short skinny guys because they were easy targets. I'd also have no problem if a small dude let a women know how much stronger he really is, if he's getting beaten up. Did you notice the guy getting hit in this video wasn't very big? It's easy for a big guy to say I'd never hit a women.
Women should not act like they physically stronger than most men. They're not.

If someone as an adult makes the decision to assault another adult regardless of sex you should not be surprised to be met with force. Now on a personal level I would hope to limit that level of force to only what was necessary to stop the aggressor, but had that dude turned around and serverd her up a 2 piece combo i would of found it acceptable.

True, I just don't know whether or not I'd have been able to control myself the way he did. I can see taking a few slaps or punches but she kept following him.
