The old ref with the gray hair on the baseline made calls on us and none on them the whole time. He singlehandedly, in my mind, cost us the game.

Just two examples of his incompetency are, obviously, the last call(on jp), and the one where thorton dragged bone to the ground.

such BS.

EDIT: Yes it was a great and hard fought game. I applaud our players for their efforts.

However I cant just help but imagine what would have been if this ref didnt make so many bad calls.

That was our game to win. We should have gone to the line at least three more times than we did. Shockingly bad no calls.

JP looked like he was trying to split that dude's head open with a hatchet. I'm not surprised that got called. I'm more upset about the travel that wasn't called on the previous MSU possession.

You really diminish a great game, and the outstanding effort of your team, by complaining about the officiating, which was fine.

I refuse to do what every other team does when they lose...blame the refs. It was a hard fought loss

This was some of the best officiating I've seen the tournament. They played against one of the best coaches in basketball down to the last second. Had we made FT's, we would have won. But it was a great game, though.

LOOK, I dont care what kentucky fans do when their team gets outplayed. But anyone to say this was evenly officiating because they think they are "taking the high road", is being foolish. The refs were fine except for the one on the baselin. And no matter how many fouls were called on us vs. them, there were at least three obvious ones that were miscalled. Simply awful officiating by that one ref.

I agree that the officiating wasn't awful, but the no-calls on the walk @ 1:35 or so and another earlier were truly awful. My god, they looked like they were jitterbugging.

please STFU. we hit free throws we win. we win the 50/50 hussle balls... we win.... wayne hits a layup... we win.

if ronald hits his 1 free throw with 10 seconds... we probably win.

the refs were fine.

when no one agrees with you it's probably because you are much more observant than everyone else. At least that's what I believe when it happens to me
