I think we have a legit shot at all of these:

Marlon Brown
Marsalis Teague
Darren Myles
Dequinta Jones
Sam Montgomery

Those are my top 5 guys on the bubble that we pull on Wednesday.

Thoughts?

Very. Conventional wisdom says we have a legit shot with most of them too. But I'm getting more and more pessimistic. Maybe just 3 of those 5 is more likely, which would be a disappointment IMO

Hope it happens because we have some "fans" teetering on the bubble as well.

That was my first thought after reading this thread. I don't feel good about Brown.

Uh, yes I would be happy.

I think we get 3 of the 5 only though, those 3 being Myles, Jones and Montgomery.

I think we also land Eddie Lacy.

im thinking 2 of the 5. dont really know which 2 either. i really hope it pans out and works out for the best. if not though, i dont think were only gonna signa 18 guys either. we will fill out our class with lower 3 star guys weve never heard of

I'm in denial that Brown could really consider going elsewhere. After Kiffin made him priority #1 and the great experience that he had this weekend, I just can't fathom that he doesn't come here. We had his last visit -- just the way you want it.

If Marlon Brown had any interest whatsoever in Tennessee, I don't see how he's not ours. Tennessee has done everything right with him since Kiffin got here, imo.

I don't follow recruiting as closely as i should, just don't have the time. I get most of my info from you guys. I don't know what but I just feel like there is something missing, just a gut I guess. Hope i'm wrong.

Add N. Richardson to that last for me. I really see us landing him and he's saying that it's 50/50 now. All info here in Gville was that he wouldn't visit UT. He definitely was not up front with Meyer or the UF media. He even tried to play it off as his teammate who was interested. There has been so much misinformation by this kid that I think he is hiding his true intentions so as not to be pressured. I am positive that CUM's ego has taken a hit and he has a history of getting short with recruits who snub him.

This is a great list...

Assuming we lose Phillips and Stokes but keep Oku this would be 12(possibly 13 if Jeffrey commits) 4*'s and 10 3*'s per Rivals...

That would defintely be a top 15 class and in a year when we replaced our entire coaching staff that's pretty awesome

Very happy with the addition of some O-lineman. I'm feeling less and less confident on Brown.
