Would you be happy with these 5 guys?

Happy?

I've been in a wait and see mode for a week now.
The more sources and info I take in,the more
incapable of an informed opinion I seem to be. .

The reason for this in my mind is I NEED TO KNOW WHAT
CLK KNOWS.Why certain decisions were made, and how it is going to all interweave together.

Happy.......I will have an informed opinion on Feb.4th.

I think we might be adding Nu'Keese Richardson to that list after what i read in his topic.

The last sentence is a fact that seems to be lost on some but we have a few young OL on the roster that may be able to get us through til next years class when we have more time to land the big time OL and DL. .

Can you name them? I keep looking and all I see is Brimfield (project), Bailey (solid), Sawtelle (double shoulder surgery), Anderson/Pope (unlikely to ever be SEC quality), Revis (unknown), Schofield (looks solid but needs development), and Thomas (project).

UT may have the best coaches in the world but I'm not sure there's enough there to "coach up" into an SEC caliber OL.

Let's wait and see what Kiffin does with the line. I am sure he has looked at what he has and knows what he needs, I think we will be pleased come Thursday morning.

Hope so. Feeling this way is driving me nuts.

It is sort of like watching the Auburn game from last year over and over. I keep hoping it will be better but at every turn... it just gets worse and time creeps away.

I know what you mean... I believe it is called the Tennessee Ulcer. It seems to be an unfortunate side effect of when your blood runs orange.

I can't see Carson Anderson getting any significant PT.

I'm in denial that Brown could really consider going elsewhere. After Kiffin made him priority #1 and the great experience that he had this weekend, I just can't fathom that he doesn't come here. We had his last visit -- just the way you want it.

If Marlon Brown had any interest whatsoever in Tennessee, I don't see how he's not ours. Tennessee has done everything right with him since Kiffin got here, imo.

We have a better shot with Alshon Jeffrey than we do Brown.

I think we have a legit shot at all of these:

Marlon Brown
Marsalis Teague
Darren Myles
Dequinta Jones
Sam Montgomery

Those are my top 5 guys on the bubble that we pull on Wednesday.

Thoughts?

I would be thrilled with those 5 guys on Wednesday. However, here are the 5 I am predicting.

Marlon Brown
Marsalis Teague
Darren Myles
Greg King
Alshon Jeffrey

If I get a 6th pick I throw in Eddie Lacy.

That's a good list except I'm not as hopeful about Jeffrey as some seem to be.

I like teague, Myles, King, DD jones, Lacy and Brown. I think we may shock some peopel with being able to turn in Jeffrey as well.

Then I would be content with Brown, Green, Jeffrey and Z. Rodgers
