I don't know how reasonable he is telling private businesses how they can go about their business. (ie the smoking ban)

he's also suing out of state gun dealers for crimes committed in NYC.

Isn't the trans fat thing for the restaurants linked to him also?

Popular culture trend...... Ohio went to it and I do have to say that I love going out and not have to worry about going into a smokehouse.

On the other hand, I have my worries because why in the world does the government have the right to tell a private business owner what they can or cannot do in their establishment.

I am torn on the smoking stuff..... I benefit from it but as a matter of freedom, is it a correct choice?

If you are not for drilling than what would be your solution to our current and probable future of high gas prices?

No, he'd just support stepping on the toes of small business owners if he was in on the smoking and trans fat bans.

Sarah Palin, Michael Steele, and Mitt Romney would all be better choices than Bloomberg. McCain is already a flaming moderate, the last thing he needs is a RINO for a VP.

Not hard at all. It is quite clear. Let the consumer and business owner choose.

OE you are not the internet message board poster I thought you were.

It has nothing to do with it...... I understand both sides but I honestly can say that I would rather go somewhere and not have to worry about smoking.

It is actually quite nice!

He does need to strengthen his position with conservatives. I do not think he will pick anything other than a Rhino though.

Steele is a piece of trash along with Romney.

IMO..... Sarah Palin needs to be the new face of the Republican Party!

She should not involve herself this time around because every one will be voting against Bush and McCain.
