Evidently you don't understand both sides. What does where you want to go have to do with protecting the rights of the business owner?

I don't like smoking either. I don't need the government to babysit the situation for me.

Some people don't want to worry about paying for healthcare. You on board with the government handling that as well?

No if the masses want it then so be it. Just don't dig the ideaology. Just be careful of the whole, whatever the masses want path.

Shouldn't business owners be free to decide whether or not they allow smoking in their establishments? No individual is forced to frequent that establishment. In the end non smokers would choose to go places that did not allow smoking and it would work itself out without the government possibly infringing on a business owners rights?

I agree.......... all I have said is that it has benefited me directly..... sue me because I am selfish and don't like smokers!

what's your gripe against Steele and Romney? both are far better republicans than Bloomberg, who only became a republican to ride on the popularity coattails of Rudy Giuliani.

Easy they are from the same cloth of W. None are conservatives..........

With Bloomberg at least he understands government expansion/spending.....................

The above is enough of a sell for me to go crazy over a politician.

The potential waste of money on fighting global warming is hardly some idea I'd be ok with if I were all over some guy as being "the guy".
