- From day one cuonzo has preached defense and intensity.
- Our lack luster offensive performances were blamed on youth and injuries ex: gtown.
- If you can guard what the Heck does it matter if your staff cant put together any type of continuity offense with this lineup. You have playmakers on the floor and you can't find a way to score more than a bucket in the first few minutes of a game? NO EXCUSE!!
- To make a long story short this big ten ball will not work here I actually thought that he would conform some to run some productive offense with a talented 7 or 8 players and compete for a championship but history has proved me wrong the system is flawed regardless of personnel no offense= no production = no championships with a championship contending roster period.
Keep preaching D cuonzo because we couldn't score on a 5th grade jr pro team with one of the most talented inside players in the conference its a joke.
I actually thought that maybe I should give hime the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance to prove himself in year 3 because talent and youth are irrelevant excuses. But after game one I would say we would be better of to fire now and try to salvage the season because this is a talented team.
