Lets let Coach Butch Jones hire HIS staff as he sees it. It doesn't matter how many Allstar coaches you hire, if they don't fit the scheme or have chemistry it will be a failure.

Lets support our coach and University because all the *****ing in the world is not going to change the coach.

Please define what your definiton of "plan" is. And while you are at it please define "clearly". Also what do you mean by "to find a coach" cause you do realize we hired a coach right? Usually that entails some sort of plan. Albeit it may not have been what YOU would have done. Alas I am a mere commoner, so please enlighten me on this "no plan" thing.
