Why can't he sign and still take his OV in January or whenever? He clearly doesn't enjoy the process, so he's not waiting to sign so he can take other officials and enjoy the process.

He can sign and take his OV to UT but if he signs to UT he can't OV anywhere else, which shouldn't be a problem.

He could take one to UT but signing the LOI makes him off limits to other schools. Also, with the LOI signed why would any other school waste money to let him visit? That’s like trying to take a girl out on an extravagant date and propose to her, when she is already married. Makes no sense.

I've wondered if he has some kind of deal in works to announce on espn or something and wants to have a special school ceremony to bring attention to his school and teammates like he mentioned in a previous article as the reason he would wait even if he knew where he was going

I’ve also read that he’s playing basketball and is busy with that, which will make January visits difficult. I’m not sure I understand the reason to wait. All signs point to UT and all the experts say UT. Haven’t heard an explanation as to the waiting here.
