I may have missed it, but what is the reason for him not signing early? Since it’s such a forgone conclusion that he’s all Vol, why wait?

How about it's a freaking huge pick up at a position of need. #2 DT , 5* recruit just committed to TN.

There's no spin there. It's just freaking awesome.
