One of just two 2019 five-stars who remain unsigned, Wright has appeared a lock to Tennessee at many points over the past year. Being the team to beat for so long, though, is difficult to maintain because every other contender is trying to topple you. The latest salvos have been discharged by North Carolina and West Virginia. This still looks pretty comfortable for Tennessee, but anything but success here would be difficult to swallow for the Volunteers.

Those "two 5* that remain", have been on campus this weekend; last weekend before signing day.

The two remaining 5* are on campus this final wkend...coming down to the wire, we're neck and neck with Bama and Washington for the highest rated defensive player remaining in Henry T....it's a given we are going to CLOSE with one of those three, maybe two of them...and some sad sacks are bit*ching about Pruitt's ability to recruit. Wow.

There are some who would complain if we landed the top 25 rated recruits in a class. They would say they’re overrated and we couldve done better. There’s no pleasing some folks.

Of course they would, because they wouldn't be in Tennessee high schools. Winning recruiting but loosing the state is a FAIL!😏
