If that talk of Rollins (face) v. HHH (heel) for Summerslam is true, then Rollins for sure loses to Lesnar (in a fashion I'd assume is similar to Cena v. Lesnar). There's no reason for the Authority to cross Rollins unless he's shown to just not be good enough against their hand-picked opponent.

It's technically banned, but I think they make special exceptions. Like when Cena and Punk used it on each other in that classic Raw match.
