I agree with this. And they most likely would have left her in NXT if they didn't need a 3rd person (along with Sasha and Charlotte) to make the 3v3v3 thing work.

I'll agree with all of this. He literally has one promo that just goes on repeat. His character runs. EVERY. TIME.

But he's a heck of a performer on offense.

I view Zayn as the next Bryan honestly. He's going to get over huge from his work rate, underdog role, and his Ole chants could be his "yes" chants so to speak.

So don't have a problem with "lack of character" he's just the underdog people will get behind.
