WWE Thread III

I think the problem right now is he has now character. He's a super face. Comes out and flips, makes the crowd ooh and ahh, but there's no substance. They haven't developed a backstory or anything for him.

This, and he's stuck wrestling Dolph ****in Ziggler.

I legitimately think that there is nothing that Natty can do well. It amazes me to think it, but she'd have been better off with the current NXT trainers, etc., than the Hart Dungeon

I know, but when Cena or Reigns kick out of a finisher they're not selling and they suck.

I'm fine with kicking out. What I can't stand is the straight-up no-sell...the kick-out where Cena just grabs the guy pinning him, stands up, AAs him, gets the win, then continues to no-sell after winning like the gruesome 8-false-finish 20-minute match had no affect on him whatsoever.

Wyatt/Orton with Bray winning makes too much sense

I really hope that Vince doesn't bury that match in the middle of the card, or even worse open the main show. I know Lesnar/Goldberg for the Univ. title will go on last, but the WWE title should still be second from the top.

I have no problem with the opening show being a spotlight match. Sets the theme for the night and builds the anticipation for what else to come. I'd open with Wyatt-Orton, throw Bailey-Charlotte in the middle, HHH-Rollins as the next to last, then close with Goldberg-Lesnar while I go to sleep. Probably during Rollins and HHH even.

If Goldberg-Lesnar ME it will be the 7th straight year a part timer was in the main event

That's partly because Wrestlemania is for fans who don't always watch wrestling, they want the big time names/headliners/superstars of the past that the common fan would recognize and want to see. The other guys on the card get a chance to showcase and get the rub from those guys. I have friends who only like watching the big 4 ppvs and look forward to watching those Rock/Cena and Goldberg/Lesnar matches. I try to tell them to watch more often but they're not hearing that ****.

It was never that way though. I do get what you are saying but for me with the fact WWE is now on the network and not PPV I think you bite the bullet and focus on your young stars to get more people into WWE

I left wrestling after WM27 because of a couple factors but what got me back in was guys like the Shield/Bray Wyatt/Daniel Bryan and other young guys. Also good a value the WWEN is.

I agree but it also doesn't bother me either.
