Must win out at home and get two more road wins with one coming at Ky or Fla to have a chance of at large bid. Only other way is to win SEC tourney

Do you now or have you in the past used drugs? Exactly what are your qualifications to make a statement like that? They are now today .500 in conference, they will struggle to stay there. There are a lot of things that aren't true that I can spout. But I can say with some certainty that barring a midseason coaching change, there is absolutely no way this UT Vol team makes the NCAA tournament. And I would be willing to put money on that, would you?

We may still be in good position to make the dance, but mediocre play and consistent inconsistency will be the death of this program. Of course if everyone is alright with blowing money for a horrible product, then maybe our fans deserve this performance/coach.

IMO SEC will get 4 teams in, at the minimum.

12-6 conference record is probably the minimum, putting us at 21-10 total.

Correct it does.

And it becomes easier with each win.

We are 10-5, need to get to 21-10 to have a good shot....so 11-5 to finish, seems doable to me.

Its the lazy, no energy, - I dont care attitude look on the faces of these players that I cant stand --- watch that Bernie and Ernie 30 for 30 and compare the emotion of that era to todays -- it doesnt even come close.

I've been a fan since a young kid and a 1984 grad. I can't take this crap style of playing. I really liked Coach Zo and wanted him to succeed because he is a good man. I'll just check in time to time because my blood pressure goes through the roof with this crap.

The same ole miss without their best player? The NCAA considers that. Yes. Texas AM is a bottom feeder. You don't consider them a bad team?

:lolabove: I laugh if you honestly think this team with CCM coaching them has a snowball's chance of going 11-5 the rest of the way. They will have trouble getting back of the mat after getting ko'd tonight by a Trevor Berbick. It's nIT or bust for this team. No leadership from coaches or players. Their "supposed" leader (Mayon) is a turnover or missed FT waiting to happen. The coach doesn't use time-outs and can't make in game adjustments. They go 9-7 the rest of the way and if they lose We'd. Vs AU, it's 8-8.

Yes I did ask. Just from reading a few of your posts tonight, I can tell you loves you some Martin. I bet last year you were loving on some Dooley too. You don't have to love the coach to love the team. It is not, nor has it ever been The university of Martin, nor The university of Dooley, or even before that The university of Fulmer. Martin has done jack squat in 3 years and he's coasting along to a 3rd straight year of a NIT second round loss. No way in the world this team playing like this gets to 21-10 as you think. And even if they do, they had 20+ wins last year and didn't get in. Nor did the NCAA take 4 SEC teams last year.
Frankly on paper this team should have been a 24-27 win team this year. No way that's happening now. And at worst this team should have had no more than 2 losses to this point and you see where we are at today.
You can certainly sit there and defend Martin till the bitter end. But when we are in the same spot in March as we were the last two years are you going to be happy with yourself and your defense of him?

Sure we could win the rest of our games and/or win the conference tournament ... it's just not realistic.
