I also think Morant is too good to pass on, but they've tried for years to build around Conley and it hasn't worked. This is a league dominated by wings, and Barrett could have a higher ceiling. I think Morant has a higher floor, though.
I'd pick Morant, but it's not time to quit on the Grizz if they do decide to go Barrett.

I would argue the attempt has been to build around Gasol. And it was very misguided.

Conley with that rag tag bunch last year wasn’t a bad team. If they had been building around him all this time, they would be good.

Rj barrett is a chucker who can only go left, makes no one else better and is only concerned with getting his shot

I’m not passing on Ja for that ^ cause he’s 3-4 inches taller

He’s not way overrated. He doesn’t get respect.

His jumper has improved dramatically since coming in. If had a high scoring wing with a solid big, Conley wouldn’t have to score and would be even better.

Only 2 seasons averaging 20 including the last but has never averaged even 7 apg. WAY overrated. If they traded him when he was at peak value they would be much better.

Not a hot take. Doesn't stay healthy. Not an elite scorer or passer. Not a triple double threat.

He is a decent pg.

Conely isn't in the same league as Westbrook. Westbrook is a perennial All Star.

Westbrook has scored more ppg than Conley's career high every year except his first two. More assists than Conley's career high every year but two.

Westbrook is a stat padder and stats are cheap now.He is also a great player. Conely isn't and his lack of production is even more telling with the cheap numbers of today.

Conely is what I thought when he was drafted. Ok player. Not an All Star. On a championship team he would be the third or fourth option. You can't win a championship with him as your best or second best player. You can with Russ as the two.

Westbrook is much better. And I hate Westbrook.

Westbrook has been the second (or third) best player on A LOT of teams and hasn’t sniffed a championship. Thank you, goodnight.
