Kennard is under contract

I’d have to look at cap and refresh on the rules to know but that team would be horrific defensively. Likely going to take a trade but no one wants dillon, roddy, Laravia, ziaire, etc

I was suggesting Kennard replace Dillon. Trade options seem to be crappy unless it’s all picks.

Our cap situation is somewhat manageable this offseason to add a Dillon replacement but becomes REALLY tight in 24-25 (assuming we do not become a taxpayer either year).....

Who do you target though? Not a destination, and the dysfunction has to be a red flag for FA.

If we are not going to be a taxpayer, it would likely be mid level exception or worse type players....

Just think at some point we will probably have to attach some type of asset to get rid of Adams or BC contract before 24-25 season.

Exactly. And they draft bottom 1st and 2 2nd’s. Unlikely to get much there that can help immediately.

Traded away 2 of them for pennies on the dollar because we knew we wouldn't be able to pay them eventually....

There is absolutely no reason to bring him back. He can walk. He’s a free man
