YouTube To Remove ‘Dislike’ Feature As Biden WH Content Continues To See Likes Massively Trail Dislikes. - The National Pulse

Pretty telling that they have to go to this measure to hide the fact that America can't stand who's in office and no way did did he get 80 million votes

The move was announced via Twitter on March 30th, with YouTube explaining “in response to creator feedback around well-being and targeted dislike campaigns, we’re testing a few new designs that don’t show the public dislike count.”


As a result, only the accounts publishing videos will be able to see the dislike to like ratio.

So does this actually have anything to do with Biden? Youtube's statement has nothing to do with Biden. Seems like it's just something for people to rile themselves up about.

Won't and shouldn't ever happen as it will just be abused. Reddit's used to be about whether the comment contributed to the discussion but quickly became a way to shut down anything you disagree with. It seems to be happening on YouTube in this case as well

And pretending a YouTube thumbs up/thumbs down button had anything to do with that

I would also never say most votes in a single election=most popular. Not really how it works

One must wonder, however if there is something to the allegations to the disproportionate number of dislikes to likes.

For example, a video that see Biden sign the PPP extension into law gets 4k downvotes and 377 upvotes? Sounds brigaded or somehow botted.

Ikr! I mean where are all those 81M people who voted for him mounting their own like campaign. It’s not hard to counter targeted dislikes. In fact it happens on Yelp all the time on actually popular institutions that are wrongly targeted. The most popular president ever should have even more responding to prop him up in reply.

Not really. See the threads here. The typical leftists avoid mentioning Biden at all costs, so you get an uninterrupted stream of comments from those who didnt vote for him. I can believe the same thing happening on youtube.
