Having said that, going on and on about a juice bar or talking about Champions of Life or 5-star hearts isn't even a story if he won more.

Case in point: the video below is of Alabama's S&C Coach Scott Cochran. He's giving a tour of their weight room, just like Butch was doing. Now I get it that Cochran is just the S&C guy and not the HC. But he comes off as certifiably insane and/or under the influence of drugs in this video. I mean, who talks like this? Who tucks a polo shirt in with sweatpants? However, he's thought of as some kind of folk hero and lovable figure, especially among Bammers. Why? Because he's on a winning team. No more, no less. If you are going to act like that, you better win.

Saban knows Cochran is the main reason for his success. That's why he's the highest paid S&C coach in the country.
This is a must watch. This is what we need. Look up Wilson Love on YouTube he is Kiffin's S&C coach who was at Bama and is a Cochran clone. Same intensity.

Impressive.

Wonder how that compares to UT's S/C program. That guy has passion and you can see he will get 5 more reps out of you when you think you had enough.

FAU Strength Coach Wilson Love

BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Lane Kiffin may be the man at the top of the FAU football program. But he's not the voice you hear the most at Owls practice.

That honor goes to FAU's hype man - the man in charge of keeping intensity high every day of the year.

Fittingly, FAU's strength and conditioning coach's name is Wilson Love - because he certainly has a passion for football and pumping up his players.

Love came with Kiffin from Alabama, where he was a defensive linemen, and then an assistant. It is not believed he has any professional dancing on his resume, but what he adds to the Owls is invaluable.

"Most people care about the offensive and defensive coordinators," says Kiffin. "But the strength coach spends more time with the kids then anyone."

Whether it be leading stretching during practice, or leading the workouts in the offseason, Coach Love obviously loves his job, and the players are thankful to have him. Just spend five minutes at practice and you'll see what they mean.

All I know is lotion stocks rose between July-Sept of '16 when Hurd was running 24 mph on the treadmil. Etc. But "an official S&C coach" wasn't in charge!"

In comes Rock! By God. He's an NFL guy and he'll whip these boys into shape which was clearly lacking to anyone not on Volnation in 2016!

The problem is in your username...not you,because I think you're a good guy.
