Dude posted about us not having a real chance like this embarrassment is acceptable. Not saying we should win, but fans should be able to expect them to compete like UK did today with their second year coach and less talented recruiting classes.

Moronic comparison Dooley actually took a bad situation and made it infinitely worse, and his recruiting or lack there if for key positions such as offensive line equaled coaching mal-practice. He honestly did more damage to the program then Kiffin ever did. I don't think anyone can fault Butch's recruiting which has been phenomenal. Butch gets it.....but you don't.

Nobody, this is just a straw man tactic employed by those who have built this infallible image of Butch in their heads. They convince themselves that anyone offering anything other than blind support for the staff wants all the coaches fired now. This allows them to see themselves as "rational" and everyone else as crazy when the opposite is true.

This is so true and it has officially become the most tired strawman argument on VN, which is quite the accomplishment when it had to face off with the likes of "you must think you can coach better" and "you probably expected butch to win 12 games"
