'19 AL QB Taulia Tagovailoa

Is anyone concerned at all about the father/son relationship with this kid? Could end up being a problem wherever he signs....

I am very much in favor of taking Maurer, but great camp performance smells to me exactly like great practice performance. We have had our share of practice champions who couldn't translate to the field. Realizing that there is far more to on-the-field success than a capable QB, Maurer having a great senior season would end the debate.

Maurer seems like a real good fit for us tbh. He is a leader, he’s been recruiting like heck for us, he is great on the pocket, even better on the run, and most importantly our OC Tyson Helton made it clear that this was his hand picked QB for this class! I think picking up Taulia would be huge by just the fact alone he’s Alabama’s hand picked QB for this class, and if we snag him that’s just a message to all the recruits that Tn is relevant enough for a top flight QB to flip for us cause sees where our program is headed! And that’s back on top of the SEC where WE BELONG! GBO

As to Tua being AL's hand picked choice, you must be overlooking Tyson from Trussville. The Bear's great grandson. Can hardly be more legacy than that, and by all reports is very talented leading a quality program.

Who is this guy tweeting?

Would the women’s movement be disappointed if I tried to tweet her a few times?

Fair warning, she is not who operates The Optional account. That would be Trey Wallace, who is phenomenal and now covering the Vols instead of the whole SEC, but isn't quite the same build as this lady so you may be disappointed. He interviewed her on the show today. I'd say she'd be shocked if he ended up in Bama's class at this point, and she's apparently close2Taulia
