Shocking to re-watch the video that was taken where he's lying down w/knee on his neck saying he couldn't breath. The bystanders were there asking for them to let him up .... he wasn't moving at all for 5 minutes. I believe he died right there. Police called an ambulance to come take him away at that point where he was no longer breathing.

There is more than enough to provide doubt given he followed protocol(of which is a disagreeable procedure but not on Chauvin). There is a gray area on the recovery position, which is suggested twice but Chauvin ignored. It depends on the purpose of recovery position in the book because of its to place in the car then its understand why he wasn't rolled over yet. It's a tough case given the scene prior to going to the ground which seemed it was handled well by the officers. I agree with you on not being on this jury. That'd be an awful experience.I would be shocked if the officer is found guilty
Excellent point. The officer could be following SOP with that move for that amount of time and thus be found innocent. But that procedure needs drastic attention. I mean, once the person is subdued and cuffed there should be no need to maintain that "hold" on them. There is more than enough to provide doubt given he followed protocol(of which is a disagreeable procedure but not on Chauvin).
