Honestly, not sure we see any players from tonight's two teams that hit the portal that we will pursue. I think our best options would potentially come from Texas and OSU.

Jeremiah love is a tremendous athlete but he’s not goin anywhere. Christian gray from notre dame is a baller if he wanted a pay raise he’d be worth it. Really all of notre dames dbs played well. Not sure if they just weren’t tested or they’re that well coached. Bryce young is a talented freshman defender. Penn state has a good offensive line if any of them went portaling they may be worth a look.

I think people misunderstood my comment. Most of Notre Dame and Penn State's best players will either graduate or be starters next season. Those players can't/won't hit the portal. The players who will hit the portal are those seeking playing time, and from those (looking at their rosters), I don't really see anyone of note. Texas and OSU have better reserves who might decide to transfer, on their rosters. Hopefully I'm wrong about ND and PSU though, because we can use a couple more quality players.

Christian Gray got picked on every game i watched. It was tough to watch. I am glad he got the interception to set up the game winner.

What gets lost in this is what we retained. We have a large handful of players, particularly on defense, that would have been big priorities for all these teams “winning” the portal.

You can put several kids off scholly via NIL, work around it--- see GA and AL doing it every year...
