This could be the case. But I think you see where I'm coming from...or perhaps you don't. Not being on EB's level doesn't disqualify you from being legit. There are NFL pro bowlers who IMO aren't on EB's level. And we can go back to the Gene McEvers days and struggle to find 10 players on EB's level. I just don't get the "if we don't get them oh well" notion. But that's just me.

Again, if these kids are as good as JAMES Berry (not Eric), they are takes all day long. JMO

Yes he was but in comparison, JB was outstanding, EB was a total freak of nature.

The Berry twins are both track stars also.Somebody needs to twitt the 3 of them together.Maybe the 3 could bring back our once elite track team and football at the same time.Would already have 3/4 of the 4x100 meter relay team intact.Plus all the individual events they each excell in.Sounds like a plan.

This is a good post. I remember Majors discussing James coming to Tennessee on the radio. He helped with the rebuild then. Now things have come full circle, time for Evan and Elliot to come home and help get Tennessee back where she needs to be.

I am not a Chiefs fan, but Andy Reid will get that team winning again, and they are in a pretty week division, except for that team in Denver, I hear they have a pretty good QB However, when Peyton retires, Denver may be in a little trouble, and I could see the Chiefs competing for the division.

Not sure why we have guys on here turning their noses up at either of the Berry twins. Is it because they are three stars instead of five? I mean seriously, I would rather have either of these guys at 3 stars over a 5 star bust. The desire to play for UT, genuine desire, means a lot. When times are tough, these are the types of guys who rally the team up, not transfer.
