In the article I read he later said that Georgetown insiders think the Vols might have the edge. I'm not really worried right now, Meyer guesses a lot just like most other gurus.

Meyer's accuracy is only 75% across his entire career, which honestly is pretty mediocre. He is really connected in the basketball scene, but it has never really translated to him being the most accurate predictor.

Yeah, I agree. I thought Mutombo was a stone cold lock to UT, now I'm not sure. I really think it hurts us that Big John Thompson just passed away. I think that's how Ewing got back in with Dikembe and Ryan. I may be wrong, but I rarely am

I'll be honest, and I like Jerry Meyer, but he is wrong quite a bit more lately than he typically has been over the years. I'm not sure what's changed, but his connections are drying up or something.

Probably not, but it was posted for one reason, only, to get a "like" from the grumpy old man, bTo. His refusal to give anyone a "like" drives me crazy. But, I've officially given up. I love what bTo brings to the BBF, but I still feel like, he has become the miserable old man that we all know, that can't give anybody any credit, ever.

He doesn’t try...he stays behind and doesn’t dive into the recruiting world, he seems to handle more of the national stories etc than keeping tabs on recruiting.

Gonna ride with C. Evans on this one. I am curious tho why rivals we have a huge futurecast lead and Georgetown has 100% crystal balls on 24/7.
