No the fact that last night you said we weren't even in his top 2, let alone recruiting him still (you didn't say the bolded part, but felt like it was implied)
then you post that quote this morning saying the longer it goes, the better TN's chances with no mention of OSU.

I definitely never said the bolded, in fact I posted last week we were in Florida to see Mitchell, so not sure how that even would’ve been implied? And yes, all indications have been that Tennessee doesn’t lead for Mitchell, which still is the case, not sure whether we finish 2nd or 3rd for him what that gets us?

That's fine, I'm not trying to pick a fight. This article last month made it seem like we were the leader for Mitchell, prob not a reliable one.

Yea, SB Nation/Fansided/BR are all kinda same deal that anyone can write their stuff, so wouldn’t take that too seriously. Rivals guys both national and VQ have been saying it’s FSU leading with OSU 2nd for awhile, now maybe OSU got sick of waiting and has moved on and maybe that opened the door? Maybe after Miller unexpectedly cut us from his list we circled back to Mitchell and pushed harder? Idk. I was simply sharing what VQ had about Mitchell in the War room.

Lastly things have been quiet on the Dillion Mitchellfront lately with many assuming that the nation’s No. 28 was going to stay home and go to Florida State. We’re not saying that’s not going to eventually happen but from what we’re hearing Tennessee is fighting hard and pulling out all the stops.

When we spoke with Mitchell after his official visit this summer he told us his favorite player was Kevin Durant and he was intrigued by the Barnes-Durant connection. Guess who Mitchell got a face time call from last week? KD. We’re told it made an impact.
