As an experienced broadcaster, Fraschilla had to know that suddenly pronouncing a popular player's name differently during a big televised game would be received poorly and generate comments. And to make it worse, Fraschilla's been repeatedly over-emphasizing it this new way throughout the broadcast like he's dangling a shiny prize in front of folks. Tennessee fans have heard it pronounced the old way for two years. They're going to assume he's saying it wrong, because as far as they know he is. They want him to say it right. Fraschilla had to know they would do that. Anyone with a brain cell would know that would happen. Calling Tennessee fans "idiots" in response is sorry.
