“We are a National Championship Contender”-Rick Barnes

Smoke a bowl, then we will talk about whether or not, you need to GTFO. Nothing wrong with calling it like you see it. I really doubt UT wins it all, but they are a contender. Don't be a drive-by, just to throw shade, that makes me angry and in the immortal words of Bruce Banner/Bill Bixby, "You wouldn't like me, when I'm angry"

I wasn’t throwing shade. Just don’t follow sports as passionately as I used to do it.

Love the way this team plays D, but they struggle mightily on offense away from TBA.

Agree. Hopefully, this team has matured and the young bigs can help change that. See, we can get along, even without smoking a bowl. Still, it would be cooler if we did

Maybe. I just love that your first post in the BBF, this year, of your 45 thou is just to throw shade. I expect it from you in football, kinda shocked you came over here and did it. I guess, UT is winning too much for you to enjoy it. How miserable are you ? GTFO of here
Fight the good fight Dog!

What BHH, Uros, Fulkerson, and Aidoo are capable of combining for on a given night, is intriguing.

My vision of a FF run is winning some tight games and then our guards getting hot at the FF.

Once again, I agree. UT will probably live and die by ZZZ, Chandler and Vescovi. Guards win NCAA Tournament games, proven fact

Yes, true, but offensive post presence would give this team a new and potent offensive dimension, which we need. Could it be that that our ascendants HH and Aidoo will help us with that in the tournaments?

Yep. But I think you can win some early games by D mostly. Can’t ever see this team shooting well for 6 straight games over 2 weeks, so they would need to get hot at the right time. Like at a Regional Final then head into FF hot.

We can haz emerging post play?
Yes, the 🦒 and BHH are balling. Plavsic continues to do his job and you never know when Fulk will just go off. But, guards usually dominate The Big Dance and I love ours. Plus, we have that glue guy, JJJ. Love this team, anything less than a Sweet 16 and I'm breaking my TV, again

If JJJ starts consistently scoring we will be hard to beat. He is such a good all around player, I’d love to see him hit a hot streak kind of like J.P. Prince did during the tournament his senior year. If that light comes on this team immediately becomes a final four caliber squad.

They have that Achilles heel (everyone on the team going ice cold at the same time for 4 or 5 minutes). I have seen this several times this season, long dry spells combined with low percentage shooting the entire game. This occurs mainly on the road and neutral courts so, they need a work around to win 6 straight games.

What a job Barnes has done with this bunch. I must admit, I was growing impatient around the time of the early SEC schedule. I thought the players were playing with no confidence, and his constant berating of them was being counterproductive. But, man, do they play with an amazing amount of grit and determination. They seem to actually be flourishing from his hard coaching, similar to the Grant/Admiral squad, and it's been a pleasure to follow. I sure hope the bounces can go their way, for once, this post-season.
