Darth said something positive about Kelly our coach !!!!!!!! Even if comparing her to Holly , this maybe a breakthrough? Will time now stand still ? Only in the twilight zone will we find the answer ?

So if a #1 recruit wants to come to UT she won’t take her because she would be better than what you already have? I don’t believe that. Give these players some credit. They know what they signed up for. Kamilla messed up going to Syracuse because they didn’t develop her. She played enough to get ROY but have you watched her actually play? She needs a lot of development and she will get to play more when SC plays a lesser team.

I didn’t get that from his post at all. I think it was meant as a compliment to Kellie and how she treats her players.

They aren't UConn fans, because a UConn fan wouldn't bother to watch their games and know as much details about the team. Bart still posts on the BY from time to time. Remember the name Philster, but not the posting style.

I don't remember Darth on the Summitt, but I do remember elvee...who I believe was a woman. Not Jeff either, since he had his own handle here. I think that Darth used to be a LV fan who turned sour with the Holly and then Kellie hirings. I remember arguing with him about Holly, but stopped when it ended up he was right. I just skip over most of his backhanded compliments, but every now and then he posts something interesting or spot on.

He's been doing this too long not to have some history as a fan of the program.

Saying that Harper is better than Warlick is an extreme example of a backhanded compliment, as Warlick was surely the
worst coach in major-college women's basketball. And, yes, Harper and staff /have/ to raise their recruiting game. There has been some
progress in the program this year---we won't really know how much until we see how this team does against SEC competition--but clearly
landing some blue-chip talent as opposed to just nice complementary players is a must.

Sharrona Reeves could recruit. The year before Reeves arrived Holly got no one in the fall. Signed 3 star Kamera Harris in the spring.

The only thing Amb said that I would take issue with is I'm rooting for Kellie to fail just to be right. From Holly's first game it was apparent (to me) she was in over her head and I was one of the most vocal in wanting her fired.

I've never said Kellie should be fired. Suppose she did fail and Tennessee fired her, then what? It's clear they're not going to devote the time and resources to bring a proven coach to replace her. The most likely scenario is they go to the next branch on the Summitt coaching tree, and we're back to square one. It's pointless.

I would like to see Kellie succeed, but to do so she's going to have to clean up some of the significant red flags we're seeing now that doomed her at NC State. You know the local media led by MC isn't going to call her out on it, that doesn't mean I won't...

Well, he sure seems to have a crush on Jeff Walz. Maybe he's a Louisville fan. It boggles the mind to think that he's really a Tennessee fan. He not only never has anything positive to say, but he goes way out of his way to say anything negative that he can find, no matter how trivial or inconsequential. His posts are inconsistent with being a fan of the LV's. He either obsessively hates UT for some reason or is an obsessive fan of another team. Nothing else makes sense to me.

Narcissism makes sense. Having a superior attitude and demonstrating that the main stream does not possess his/her understanding of the situation. They criticize to appear to demonstrate a deeper understanding of the situation as to see the flaws.
