jmva, that right there is why I don't want him. He really disrespect us and our coach. I've heard we didn't even finish 2nd for him; we might've been 3rd behind UF...

Nothing bad comes from a visit. If he commits (which he won't) it's not a bad thing. UGA got 2 5* QBs last year.

I'm not going to go as far as to say I don't want him, and a visit wouldn't hurt, but Pete has this kid brainwashed. There's no way we land him.

He's not going anwhere but USC, I guarantee you that. If he does visit, it runs the risk of scaring Bray off.

That being said, I don't think he will visit and even he did I don't think it will scare off Bray.

A visit will NOT scare off a solid commitment. There's no way. I say it's 100% impossible.

I have a hard time believing that. Even if we were third, you wouldn't have Tennessee up that high if there wasn't something you liked about the Vols. It's not like he was interested because of all the success. Didn't this guy have UT all over his myspace or whatever?

That's just what I'm hearing. I'm 100 percent sure that Scroggins had said at least one or two bad comments about UT recently. Whether or not you choose to believe me is up to you.

I really don't want him. He did say some things at the time of commitment about our coaching staff. I like Bray's upside better anyway.

Correct. The guy that told me this described a comment that Scroggins told me that was very disrespectful to UT and that Scroggins has made other comments to that effect. I didn't ask him to elaborate.

As I said before, whether you choose to believe more or not is up to you.

I wish Scroggins the best at USC.

Just yesterday there was a thread about Kiffin personally insulting Urban Meyer simply because he said Nick Saban is the SEC's best coach. Some people are more easily offended than others.

Part of me wouldn't mind seeing Scroggins have a change of heart, but for the most part, I'd prefer he just stay right where he is and realize with every passing game how much heavier that clipboard seems to get at USC. :)

Sweet justice seeing him watch Barkley getting all the accolades and treated like a Rock Star while he gets more and more acquainted with the benches at USC. 3 long years hiding in the shadows...and watching 3 classes of highly rated QB's keep coming in. How sweet it is.

You are analyzing things incorrectly.
He's only going to be behind Barkley for 2 years. Most players understand that when they go to college, they must sit and wait. It's called life.
