I actually mentioned JC's turn around to Mr. Bray and he was very pleased knowing that if they turned JC around in 1/2 a season what they would be able to do with his son.

Sorry but he was not in the endzone. I not sure he even had control of the ball at all...just saying.

I thought so too when watching live however when I
Watched Highlights on the news. I saw the ball cross in his hand.
It was a real quick flash of the play, but
I rewatched it a couple times & that's how it appeared.

Hope you can make a playoff game.

Bray, on the other hand, plays a level of competition that is superior to any thing that we see here in the south.
Bray seems to be the real deal and has a HUGE up side.
Not true. Maybe in Tennessee but not Georgia and Florida. I would put the best teams in Georgia and Florida up against the best team in California year in and year out.

The thread got off track about the Wallace kid. I was just bringing back the Bray discussion.
California's talent level is much better as a whole than GA or FL. There are teams each year in FL and GA, that can compete with the CA talent. But, just like the SEC, the "middle of the road" CA teams are head and shoulders above the ones in the south. imo

Florida high school talent is far away the best followed by CA and TX

Actually, considering California's deep HS talent level and quality teams, Bray plays in a weak division. Kingsburg is the far superior team in his HS's league. It's really not that great a level of a competition.

WHY ARE YOU NOT USING YOUR SIG?

You reneging on your bet? Are you a man?

You were wrong. Face it. And take your medicine like a big boy.

Correct, HS football in central California is not particularly strong. It's a different story around LA and San Diego, where talent abounds.

FWIW, California has a population of 36.7 million and the state had 214 natives on NFL opening-day rosters last year. The states of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and South Carolina, with a combined population of 36.9 million, had 392 players on those rosters.

And on this list of the 100 top-ranked HS teams in America, California has 10 listed while the four states mentioned above have 26:

On a per-capita basis, talent is more concentrated in the Deep South than any other region in the country and it's reflected in a caliber of competition that's second to none.

California has the most talent hands down. More NFL players come from that state than any other.
Yeah, because of the shear number of players in California. It's not because there is better talent out there. There are just more people in California than any other state. The best high school talent is in the South and the numbers prove it.

You can make statistics say whatever you want but fact is that more recruits come from California than anywhere else. More Olympians also come from here. Talent is stocked in California in all the different sports. Heck even the best nascar drivers right now come from California. Jimmie Johnson 4 in a row.

Well guys don't expect any updates on Tyler Bray for about a week. Kingsburg got a first round bye in the playoffs. Here's hoping that Kingsburg takes home a championship.

By total only. Louisiana is hands down the best state for talent in the country per capita.

2009 NFL regular season kickoff rosters California (205) Texas (179) Florida (176) Ohio (90) Louisiana (80) Georgia (80) Per capita wise Louisiana leads with 1 player for every 55,862 residents, followed by Mississippi's 1 player for every 67,730 residents, and South Carolina with 1 player for every 78,667 residents.

Thank you, but you're wasting your time on some of these guys.

Where does 10RC rank on the list?

LV, is Bray gonna be our man since we arent gonna offer Simms?

Bray is our main guy no matter who we sign. I think we are going to take another high school QB though. Simms lost his chance to get an offer and Newton never really had a chance to get one. Rees is the guy we really want right now...
