Wouldnt surprise me at all if Elam was UF's halfback... He plays everything in HS, but HB is one of his best positions. He just led Dwyer to a state championship in Florida. I watched a lot of it and he was a beast of a RB. TIFWIW.

I don't see Elam playing RB, unless Meyer is just recruiting him as a DB and then just gonna pull a CPF and switch him over to offense.

Is Riley making his commitment in an AA game? Or is he still waiting to see what USC is going to do at the Safety position?

Elam is a great RB, but he's a better DB and has more long term potential there.

Honestly though, I can't see Riley leaving LA now. After some of his comments, he seems to love the big city and LA.

Elam is good RB.... I just think he is set on playing DB in college. the only i have seen is his tackling. He likes to tackle by grabbing jersey and spinning players to the ground alot. that wont pass in D1 ball. If they he can be broke of that habit, he will be a great Safety.
