The number of people on here claiming to have "inside sources" apparently across the entire country has increased 1000-fold over the past couple months it seems.

Bailey and Scroggins both to us would be crazy. A bigtime QB and a good CB/S would fill needs (not so much the Bailey) in this class. IMO it would be an absolute steal to get both of them from USC and it would be just another example of the recruiting power of our staff.

Bailey is a need. We need more depth at safety. Plus Berry will be gone after this year and if we don't pick up a safety we'll be thin once again at the safety spot.

Not raw, but the Montana commit REALLY helps us. I seriously felt as though he was a slight Washington lean after talking to him and now it's really between UT and Florida (and USC of they offer). I still expect Washington to go after him, but not nearly as aggresively. Getting him would be more of a luxury than a need for Udub at this point. He also said that he and Bailey definitely want to go the same school, and Bailey has us in his top 5 and both. Both are taking an extended visit/camp. I really like our chances.

I think we are loaded at the safety spot, but we will sign a couple every class without a doubt. Our pass coverage is gonna be sick in a couple of years. As sophmores we have Fleming, Evans, and Raines and as freshmen we have Waggner, Wilks, Janzen, Myles, Gordon, Edwards, and Oliver. That's not a bad 10-man rotation...

Vader you and I both know some of these players won't turn out to be SEC quality. Also the coaches may say they like the current players but they want they're own players in and playing.

The ones I have concerns about are Oliver, Gordon, Waggner, and Wilks. The other 6 can play in the SEC imo. I know what you are saying though. Grades and off the field incidents may take a couple of them from us as well. But we will sign 3 or 4 DB's every class so it won't really matter. I was just saying that I think we have some good DB's now...

My concerns are with Oliver, Gordon, Edwards, Wilks, and Fleming. Also the freshmen (Myles and Jackson) still aren't proven. And they both have to add some weight.

I hope so Vader. We look great on paper. Berry is the only proven one back there. I personally think Vinson has all kind of potential at corner. But the rest of our DBs have to prove they can be playmakers. Rogan seems to play safe coverage too much which makes him miss out on picks and breakups.

I was talking about in 2 or 3 years. It may end up being a little rough back there this year. It's untelling what's gonna happen to Vinson with the Ramar crap and Rogan is academically inelligible right now...
